Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Tenants use K8JA free forever, and owners, security providers and service providers each have a free tier with limits on portfolio size and monthly activity. You only pay when you outgrow those limits.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Nothing disappears. When a trial ends you either move onto the paid plan you chose or drop back to the free tier — your properties, tenants, documents and history stay exactly where they are.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes — paying annually saves 20% against paying month to month, on every paid plan and for every role.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
At any time, from inside your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and add their seats and limits right away; cancelling keeps you running to the end of the period you already paid for.
Do tenants ever pay a subscription?
No. Tenants never pay to use K8JA. The only optional charge is an addon such as tenant sub-leasing, which a tenant buys deliberately and can live without.
