Common questions
Does K8JA handle maintenance from request to payment?
Yes. A tenant or caretaker raises the request, the owner or manager approves it, the job is broadcast to vetted providers of the right trade, the provider completes it, and the bill is raised against the party responsible — every step recorded on one request.
Can I use K8JA for commercial property?
Yes. Properties are classified as residential or commercial, and unit types follow that classification — apartments, houses and bedsitters on one side, shops, offices, warehouses and stalls on the other — so charges, applications and sub-leasing behave correctly for each.
Does K8JA work in more than one language?
The platform ships in English, Swahili, French, Spanish and Swedish, and picks a visitor's language automatically from their browser or location. Anyone can switch language at any time, and the choice is remembered on their account.
