1. What we collect
Your account details (name, email, role), the property and tenancy records you create, payment records from our payment providers, and the usage data needed to run the platform.
2. How we use it
To run the workflows you signed up for — applications, leases, payments, maintenance, security — and to notify you about them. We do not sell your data.
3. Who sees what
Visibility follows the workflow: an owner sees applications to their properties, a provider sees jobs they accepted, a guard sees their shifts. Nobody sees data outside their role.
4. Payments
Card and mobile-money details are handled by our payment providers on their secure pages — they never touch our servers.
5. Your choices
You can update your profile, language and currency preferences anytime, and request account deletion through support.
