1. The service
K8JA is a real-estate ecosystem platform connecting property owners, tenants, property managers, security providers and service providers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and role
You choose a role at signup and are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and your information accurate. Service providers select their provider type once at signup; it can only be changed through support.
3. Plans and billing
Tenant accounts are free. Paid plans and addons are billed through our payment providers, renew on their stated interval, and can be cancelled from your subscription page. Free trials on paid plans run for 14 days.
4. Payments between users
Rent, deposits, service charges and provider bills are obligations between the parties involved — K8JA facilitates their collection and record-keeping but is not a party to those agreements.
5. Acceptable use
No fraudulent listings, no misrepresentation of credentials, no misuse of other users' data. We may suspend accounts that put other users at risk.
6. Liability
The platform is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for disputes between ecosystem participants — though our support team will always help untangle them.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
